Clinical Supervision for LPCCs in Colorado
Clinical Development
The supervisory relationship is a bit tricky, as it is both mandatory and necessary. Those first 2+ years out of graduate school can be so daunting. There’s so much to learn, including so often information you didn’t even know you needed to learn. I hope to help those newer to the field to develop and grow into independent, educated, and confident practitioners through a thorough and supportive supervision process. I have a direct style and offer learning opportunities through case conceptualization, of course, as well as exploration of interventions, modalities, body language and tone, business, professional relationships, and how to be a Person and a Professional all at the same time. If this interests you and you are working toward the LPC credential in Colorado, please reach out for a consultation.
I am potentially a good fit if you:
Are neurodivergent
Haven’t felt challenged enough in previous supervision or in school
Want more than just a place to ask questions about clinical cases
Feel unseen in the profession of counseling/therapy
Want to develop skills to prevent burnout after working so hard to get a degree and provisional license
Are looking for a mentor and not just a supervisor to sign off on your hours
Want to develop a niche in the realms of trauma, complex trauma, neurodivergence, and/or working with populations outside the “norms”
